Launch and waitlist
When will the fragrance become available?
The pre-order for Warm Embrace will start on Monday 13 November 12:00. The pre-order will be available for this week until we're out of stock. A limited quantity will be available during the pre-order. The official launch will start from 4 December to 16 December, right in time for the holidays!
Can I try a perfume first?
You will receive a sample you can test before you decide to keep the bottle of perfume. If you want to keep the perfume you can open it by breaking the seal.
Do I have to pay to be on the waitlist?
No, you can join the waitlist for free to keep up to date with our launch and more information on the perfumes
If I am on the waitlist am I sure I get a perfume?
You are not sure to get a perfume. We recommend to keep up to date by joining the waitlist so you can be one of the firsts to own our first fragrance!
General
What comes within the package?
In your nu*de package, you will receive a full 50 ml perfume, a 2 ml sample to try out the perfume first, complemented with a sample guide and blotter.
The 2 ml sample can be refilled and therefore used for on the go.
Do you offer samples or travel-sized options of your perfumes?
With your order comes a 2ml sample to try out the perfume first. This sample vial is refillable. We do not currently offer travelsized perfumes.
Where can I try nu*de?
nu*de*parfum is exclusively sold through www.nudeparfum.com, wiht your order you will receive a sample to try out the perfume first, before deciding to keep it!
Fragrances
Are your perfumes vegan?
Yes, our perfumes are fully vegan, from the sourced ingredients to the packaging sources. We make sure no animal-derived materials are used in our products.
Are your perfumes tested on animals?
No, our perfume and all its ingredients are not tested on animals. We do not market our product as 'not tested on animals', because in Europe there is a full ban on animal testing on cosmetics.
Are your perfumes unisex or gender-specific?
Our perfumes are for everyone, and therefore unisex. There may be some ingredients in it which are stereotypically more feminine or masculine, but we encourage you to try our skin-like perfumes to make your own perfume signature
How should I story my perfumes to maintain their quality and scent?
To maintain its quality and longevity, store your perfumes in a cool and dark place. Keep it in an upright position. Avoid humidity.

Yes, our delivery is free!
Which countries do you deliver to?
For our first launch we exlclusively sell to the Netherlands and Belgium. For upcoming launches we will expand. Do you want your country to be included? Mail us at support@nudeparfum.com
Returns
Can I return a perfume if I don't like it?
Yes, returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your perfume.
Packaging and the seal of the perfume must be intact in order to return it.
